Lone Wolf's Den

Howls & Cons

Anthrocon 2002, 12-14 July 2002

These are the photographs that I took at the convention.  There are quite a lot of them this time around, and so I've not uploaded similar and duplicate pictures.  A lot of the major convention events are undocumented here, mainly because I was wanting to have fun, knowing that there'd be plenty of other people taking photographs and uploading them later.  You can find that online archive here.  Other pages you might be interested in seeing are:

The little thumbnails below all point to the full-sized pictures.  If you'd like a copy of any of the full-resolution photos or want to see some of the near-duplicates that I didn't upload, feel free to email me.

A group fursuit shot to kick things off with.

From left to right:
Pandaguy, Wolftail (front), TJ Coyote (back), Ocicat.

Aerofox and Loriana engage in a spot of T-Shirt artwork and signing.
Dr Samuel Conway, or Uncle Kage, at the convention's opening ceremonies.
The evil avian contingent use the convention to further their world domination plans - here's Stormrider as proof.
'Jugular Jaguar' and his entry into Anthrocon's 'Invention Faire' - a Mountain Dew intravenous drip.
Lobowolf.  Happy about something...
Furbo, guarding the hotel corridors.
Alopex (right) - caught out of fursuit on a rare occasion - guarding the Sofawolf Press table with Brer Fox and the Husky Hat.
A view across the Dealers' Den, and the multitude of furs therein.
Superjay, and his table full of prosthetics, tails, and, for some reason, a beheaded and deflated cow...
Clawz Skunk.
The Mechawolf, for which I'm sure there has to be some TV or film background.  As a neat little finishing touch, the 'operator' in the muzzle is an animatronic cockroach. How appropriate...
TJ Wolf (left) and Pacerfox as Solitaire.
Camstone Fox, all decked out and posing for the camera in his Scottish attire.
