Lone Wolf's Den

Articles of Interest to Weres

"The Sun," Monday 20th December 1999

The following article appeared in the above issue of "The Sun," a tabloid newspaper printed in Britain.

1M IF I'M A WEREWOLF

A mum has insured herself for 1million - in case a rare "super moon" this Wednesday turns her into a Werewolf.

Bridgette McFarlane, 34, has been plagued by dreams of turning into one of the horror creatures.

And she linked it to the freak astronomical event - when Britain will see its biggest and brightest full moon in 133 years as it passes at its closest point to the Earth.

Accounts manager Bridget [sic], from the London area, paid a 250 premium to specialist insurers GRIP.  She said: "I'm worried my body will be covered in hair."

Lone Wolf's Comment: I'd pay someone 250 to become a Werewolf, not to insure myself against it!
