Howls & Cons

Anthrocon 2002, 12-14 July 2002

These are the photographs that I took at the convention.  There are quite a lot of them this time around, and so I've not uploaded similar and duplicate pictures.  A lot of the major convention events are undocumented here, mainly because I was wanting to have fun, knowing that there'd be plenty of other people taking photographs and uploading them later.  You can find that online archive here.  Other pages you might be interested in seeing are:

The little thumbnails below all point to the full-sized pictures.  If you'd like a copy of any of the full-resolution photos or want to see some of the near-duplicates that I didn't upload, feel free to email me.

'Sharkie' the shark, having just consumed his plush supper...
"So you just magically turned into a vixen, then?" said Aerofox to Loriana.
"Yeah...I went for a nap, and the next thing I knew, I'd turned orange!"
I'm told the raccoon pictured here is names Chir.  All alternative claims of ownership to me, please.
The Funday Pawpet Show (see their website) live at Anthrocon, in glorious technicolour.
Timduru (left) - I think - pases together with Quasi Skunk.
Diadexxus, as Sergeant Benton, with 'Jonathan' (no, not me) just making it into the shot.  Check out the paws on that critter.
LatinVixen, on the right.  For trivia's sake, she was the recipient of a pair of Sandroo's fursuit feet, the same person as made the base for the fox head I was wearing.
A kitsune in a dinner jacket.  Nine tails altogether, no less.
Diadexxus (left) out of fursuit, together with Smash as a firedog.
Ocicat, masquerading as Alsatian, the German Shepherd dog.
Karwood as Jason the firedog, taking a photo of a wolf taking a photo of him taking a...you get the point.
Mirko, looking awfully smug about something.  Maybe it's that panda in the background...
"I'm sure I know you from somewhere," said Odinochka to Jason, "I never forget a dog in uniform..."
Aetobatus (right) converses with FredPuma about whatever it is tiger's talk about.  When they're not sleeping, that is.
